Email Replies


I have searched the forum and found old entries with this question but want to ask it again in case something has changed. I am wondering if its possible to have email replies from my helpdesk staff be marked as public that way if they respond via email to a request the end-user will receive the update.

No, that’s not currently possible as it’s very easy for anyone to then route email through to your customers. We have a few ideas on how to do this in a way that’s at least somewhat secure so that’s something we’ll be looking at in a future release.
