Are all of the email exchanges stored in the HelpSpot database? We have one of our MS Exchange email accounts set as the HelpSpot mailbox. In the event that we ever have to go back in our records for an email string from a long-ago closed ticket, the first auto-response message is not located in that email account “Outbox”.
Problem solved if we know that those messages are permanently stored and not purged from the database.
