Emails are not coming through

We are having a major issue in our Helpspot where we are not receiving any tickets in the portal (several inboxes configured). I have checked the email settings, checked the Outlook mailbox and the emails are there but not showing up in Helpspot portal. I ran tasks.bat manually but still no luck . Need help urgently.
