Hi, we are using HelpSpot 3.2.12. Since yesterday HelpSpot won’t download emails from the Gmail POP3 server. The ‘Test Mailbox Setting’ button returns:
Error is: Error: Can not authenticate to POP3 server: POP3 connection broken in response.
The Error Log says: Cannot connect to firstname.lastname@example.org@pop.gmail.com #IMAP Errors->
We have tried resetting the password on the Gmail account but hasn’t fixed the issue. What else could it be? We haven’t changed any other settings.
