Error loading page - Mobile Interface (Hosted Trial)



we are currently using a hosted trial of HelpSpot and ran into an issue logging into the Mobile Interface.
The Login form loads, but when we submit it, we get “Error loading page”.

Tried iPhone 5 (iOS 6.1) and iPhone 4 (iOS 6.1), two different users.

Is the Mobile Interface disabled in the trial? Did we miss a config item?

Could you send your login info to support, it should be OK on the trial. No known issues.

I already opened a ticket with the HelpDesk as our trial has stopped working altogether.
I’m still waiting on a reply.

HI Sebastian,

I responded, it looks like someone is enabling LDAP in the hosted trial but the information is not correct and so you’re getting locked out. I’d recommend not using LDAP in the hosted trial.
