The automation rules work great, but I was wondering if there’s a way to exclude weekends in the calculation for the ‘Minutes since last public update’? We have a rule set up where it sends an email to the support staff assigned the request if the request hasn’t been updated within the last 72 hours. However, it would be nice if it could exclude weekends because the request may be updated on Friday, and the rules will send out a reminder on Monday again, indicating the request hasn’t been updated. Not a lot of progress can happen in one work day most of the time. Maybe it’s a feature request for the next version.
