Feature request: Auto fill name/email when creating request

When I create a request for internal use, I have to manually fill in my own name and email address. While most manual requests may be related to an external customer, it would be helpful to have a button or something to populate these fields with my own info.

You could use our options for setting those values via a URL to do this:
http://www.userscape.com/helpdesk/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=39

So create a link in the right format which sets your information and go to it. Then bookmark it. That bookmark will now always set up the customer info as you.
