Feature Request: @ Mentions


Other ticket management systems allow for the use of @mentions to get the attention of particular users instantaneously without having to manually reassign the tickets in some way. It would be really nice if users could use @mentions in the flow of tickets themselves as that is way easier than trying to notify staff.

Thanks for the suggestion. That’s something we have in mind for a future version. Currenlty you can select other staff you wish to notify via add notifications area
