Feature Request-Reply to All


I looked around but could not find an answer so maybe it does not exist in helpspot. In many cases an email will be sent with multiple recipients in the “To Field” but not in the CC field. When a reply is sent via Helpspot it only uses the first email address and the remaining recipients are left off the reply without manually adding them to the CC box.

Does Helpspot have the ability to enable “Reply to All”?

Not currently, but in our upcoming version 3 HS will detect this and move the other TO’s to the CC group automatically.
