So far, very happy with the product. However, I would really like to be able to schedule my technicians. Whether it be out of office, or simple availability due to other circumstances. Hopefully this could also give me a visual representation of my available labor pool for a given time period.

Some type of schedule/work hours type thing is definitely something we’re considering for a future release.

I agree. This would be a fantastic feature to have. Unfortunately it doesn’t exist yet.
HelpSpot does support the out of office feature: https://www.helpspot.com/blog/out-of-office This can be used by staff to mark themselves as available or not available.
