Feature Request - Sub-tickets or Child Tickets

It would be very useful to be able to create sub-tickets or child tickets of existing tickets. That way a ticket cannot be closed unless all the sub-tickets underneath it are closed and they are all linked together. Jira and other big-name help desks have this feature and its very handy.

Thanks for posting this. This one does come up from time to time and it’s something we’ll likely be taking a look at for a future release. It won’t be in v5 though.
