File Attachments not Allowed for certain Users...Why?


File Attachments not Allowed for certain Users…Why?

Being new to HelpSpot some one on the Team reported that they can’t attach files when they Create Request. I’ve tested from that User seat and confirm that they can’t proceed with file attachments. I can from my seat. I am not the Admin but I guess I might have more privileges. Would that matter. Please advise.

That should not be the case. Perhaps something is wrong with the javascript in their browser? Are they missing the entire bar of menu options below the note box?


OK so you can attach files but their account still can’t? Just on that one request or any request? You were using the same browser on the same machine correct?
