Filter based on CURRENT user?

How can I make a filter where one of the conditions is that the ticket is assigned to/was ever worked by the CURRENT user (as opposed to a specific named user chosen by the filter creator)?

I can make an individual filter for each user, but that gets unmaintainable pretty quickly.

The ability to have the current user be the logged in user is slated to available in V3 as well. V3 is approaching beta so a final release is still several months away however.
