Is it possible to filter by subscriptions? I would like to create a set of filters that we can use to list the tickets to which the individual staff have subscriptions.
Currently you can’t filter by subscription. Could you describe the use case for that kind of filter?
Thanks, I found a way to do what I am trying to do. We have a small team. A few members of the team want to be able to follow a ticket even when it is not assigned to them. They don’t want to use the subscription method because they don’t want to depend on a update of the ticket to remind them that they are following that ticket. They want a filter that shows them the tickets they are following so that they can look at those tickets when they want.
Yep, that’s probably the best solution.
