Filter Summary


when using the live update feature, the counts in the filter summary section do not refresh.

Just something I noticed, not a big deal


Yes, they’re cached for 5 minutes. The filter you’re in will update, but not the others until their 5 minutes is up (they each have their own 5 minute cache on the counts only). You can change this in Admin->Settings->System to change the time or disable it completely. It’s best not to disable it though unless you have a very particular need to do so.

If there’s a specific filter you’d always want to be live you can do that by editing the filter and under the advanced options checking the box to never cache the filter.
