The latest version of HelpSpot requires the person forwarding an email to the helpdesk to type the “Forward:True” tag in the subject line. I’m getting the following comment from our techs: “doesn’t seem to be worth the extra time”.
Is it possible to make this the default or to simplify it a little bit more? Other tags are in the body of the message and we can create a signature that makes it easy to insert, but this isn’t possible when the tag is in the subject line.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
