Gmail Problems - TimeOut on Connection



I’m trying to set up my Mailbox to import the mails into HelpSpot. Sadly, whenever I enter the information that I’m getting from the GMail Docs. This results in following error:

Error: Can’t connect to,993: Connection timed out

The Info is:
AccountType: IMAPS
Port: 993
Security Type: SSL - No Validate

What am I missing?



hmm, looks OK. In the past IMAP had to be enabled in gmail not sure if that’s still the case. Also, perhaps your network is blocking port 993?
