Have attachements included in Staff Notification e-mails

We would like to have it so that when a ticket is opened from an end user and includes an attachment, the attachment is included in the Staff Notification e-mail that is sent out.

Is this possible?

Hi Steve,

That’s not currently possible, the attachments cannot be routed through on the notification. It’s something we’ll consider for a future release though.
