I am Harald Ellmann, Helpspot user and local administrator since March 2012. I am responsible for everything related to service and customer support in a mid-sized laser company near Munich. We have currently 10 licenses, four of which are used by my own team. Three more are used by our US-colleagues (time-zone support… wink-wink, nudge-nudge) and the rest are used by colleagues in other departments that are also involved in the daily service processes (order processing, shipping etc).
