Helpspot Email Replies are not updating in Helpspot


The user creates a request via the helpspot portal.

the user gets a response back from a helpspot support member.

the user gets the message in their email.

the user replies to the request BUT the reply does not show up in helpspot.

I have used the Windows Installer to set this up.

How do I get it so that the replies to helpspot email are updated in Helpspot?


Hi Joseph,

Have you configured your mailbox in admin->Email mailboxes? If so make sure in Windows you have 2 scheduled tasks setup, the installer normally installs them for you but if you didn’t install on a fresh Windows Installation it’s possible that it couldn’t build them for some reason. In that case you can build them manually
