HelpSpot Upgrade to 5.2.3 results in 404 error

I’ve tried to do an upgrade from 5.1.11 to 5.2.1, 5.2.2, and 5.2.3 and once it’s done, when I try to go to the Admin dashboard, I get a 404 error.

I’ve done the upgrade many times with no issues, but now I’m getting these errors and unable to access the dashboard after an upgrade. I’ve reverted back to a snapshot of my install, so I’m not down, but I’d like to be able to upgrade it and be able to use it like we normally do.
