How can I generate reports based on different time zones/working hours?


We have support business units in multiple time zones and need to generate some reports based on their working hours. Their hours can be also different than the ones defined on the settings page. What would be the best approach to accomplish this?

I would prefer an option that’s possible inside HelpSpot, but I’m open to anything that will solve the problem.


Hi Chris,

The system is only aware of the timezone it’s setup as, so there’s not going to be a method to get reports for multiple zones from within HelpSpot. You could download the reports/filter data in CSV and work them in Excel. You should be able to make the adjustments in there.
