How to add a client


For the life of me, I can not figure out how to add a client - of which selecting one is mandatory when creating a ticket in the system.

I did a search on ‘client’ in the PDF manual, and that word is only used twice, both times referring to an e-mail client.

The manual seems to refer to ‘customer’ more frequently.

Maybe I’m tired, since I was able to add clients before!
