How to create a report based on the time the request was opened?

I may be overlooking this field in the SQL table, but I’m new to the SQL database for HelpSpot. I can’t find an existing filter to allow me to run a report from Date1 to Date2 where the requests were opened after business hours (or between Time1 and Time2). I could try the custom SQL where, but don’t know what field I’m looking for. It doesn’t jump out at me. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Hi Cindy,

The field you’d want to look at is HS_Request.dtGMTOpened. Note, this is a unix timestamp that’s in your servers timezone. You could use the custom where sql (http://academy.helpspot.com/helpspot/custom-where-sql-conditions) to factor that in for a certain timeframe.
