How to create a report filter to select tickets "closed by" individual staff

How to I create a report filter to select all tickets that are “closed by” individual staff? There is no drop down selection for this field. There is an “opened by” field but no “closed by”.

Currently HelpSpot doesn’t track closed by explicitly. Often check for assigned to on closed requests will be about the same, though if your workflow has a lot of people closing requests that aren’t the assigned user then that would be less accurate.
