How to mark as ended on an earlier date?



what can I do if I have a ticket that was forgotten to mark as done? E.g. I went on holiday, forgot to close the ticket, and now it sat for 3 weeks in the inbox, killing my good response time and such.

There’s not really a way to do this. HelpSpot is going to remain accurate to when actions were actually taken,
