How to re-open closed tickets or look at closed issues

This might sound dumb but I can’t find the section where I can review closed tickets or even re-open them in case I have to go back.

You can go to Workspace / Filter requests and choose to filter by closed tickets.

That will show them to you and the rest should be obvious.

Yep, and you can also save the filter if you need to reference it again.
