I am no more being notified for any updates in the HelpSpot tickets



I have checked the settings and they confirm to the ones that were set earlier while I used to get the emails for each update in tickets that are assigned to me.

I have started experiencing this problem since 6th Dec.

Please confirm that the notification services are working properly and if they are, do I have to make any changes at my end?




Hi Vishal,

We don’t run a central notification service, that would all be your specific installation of HelpSpot. Check your notification settings in the name menu upper right. Also be sure they’re not going to your spam folder.
