IE 6 issues


I am experience some issues with end users not able to submit a request due to the category field not appearing. This is only an issue in IE6. The Error indicates an unexpected object on line 95, character 1 on the request page.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to upgrade some of these users due to the unique software / Web sites that need IE 6.


Hi Jered,

Are all users having this issue? Was it always an issue or just started occurring? If it just started have any new categories been added? Perhaps there’s one with a bad character or bad invisible character that’s causing an issue.

We don’t have any known bugs with this currently.
