Images Not Showing in Publick KB's


I’ve begun to use the KB features of HelpSpot, but images uploaded via HelpSpot’s interface are not showing up in any browser when viewing the KB article.

Is this a known issue? The images were local to my workstation, and I used the HelpSpot interface from start to finish to create the KB article.
