Inbox default


In our effort to work the oldest tickets first, we would like our Inbox to default to showing the oldest tickets at the TOP and the newest at the bottom…WHERE/HOW do I set that?

It’s not possible to set the sort on the default inbox. Instead, create a filter with the same definition as the inbox which is:

open/closed = open
assigned to = unassigned

then in the filter set the order as you like.
