Inbox Quantity Wrong


Somehow the inbox message count shows 2 more tickets than actually exist.

Any idea how to fix?

Hmm, it’s possible there’s a ticket with a status ID in the database that doesn’t match any of the currently known status types. That would be something to check.


OK, that was it. Queried HS_Requests and found two open requests where xStatus was equal to the request ID.
