Include Time in Power BI

I connect the HelpSpot to Power BI and I want to include in the table the Time Spent.
How can I do that?

I am calling this in Power BI: https://XXXX.helpspot.com/api/index.php?method=private.request.search

HelpSpot doesn’t have a Time Spent metric exactly. Are you looking for time tracker data or some other metric?
