Including Attachments with Public/External Notes

We often receive attachments at some point in the incident resolution process and need to provide those attachments to either to the original requestor or a 3rd party. I searched the forums and found a closed topic that was several years old where someone else had already asked this question but the only way to accomplish was to manually save the file then reattach. Is that still the case? If so will that be addressed in V3? Thanks

Hi Gus,

No, on recent releases there’s an option to reattach. If you’re on 2.7.2 (or slightly older) you should see a link next to/below the attachment that says “attach”. Click that to reattach.
