Inline images in Portal

Hi,

When a customer sends in an email with inline images to our configured Email Mailbox, within the Workspace the inline images appear beautifully, with layout well preserved.

However, in the Portal’s “Check on a Request” view, the images are displayed as attachments without even thumbnails. Is there any way to customize the Portal so that images are displayed inline?

The images won’t be inline there as they are attachments. I’m not sure about the thumbnail, we’ll take a look at that. It should generate a preview in the attachment area for any gif/jpg

Hi Ian,

It would be preferable for the Portal view to match the Workspace’s view (i.e. inline images instead of attachments). Since our customer sees the former while our staff sees the latter, it may lead to confusion between them. Could you consider adding this in a future version?
