Is/Is Not Option for Reporting Tags


Are there plans to allow us to create filters and reports using a If/if not selection for reporting tags? You have this choice for other fields in the system (like Category). This way we can isolate reporting tag issues easier.

Our agents need to be constantly reminded to select a reporting tag for their manual responses and it’s becoming more difficult to manage the larger the team grows.

Thanks in advance for any advice or informaiton on this.



You can use the custom SQL found here in filters or automatons to grab requests that don’t have any reporting tags assigned
