It would be great for clients to see what custom fields they selected on the page visible by the access key. Is this possible?
Yes, the data is there but you need to modify the template request.check.tpl.php. In that file you’ll see a long comment showing how to output additional information about the request including custom fields.
Curious - Are the custom fields editable by the submitter on the webpage?
No, we don’t allow customers to update custom fields once they’re set.
