Is there a way to put a "due date" on the ticket?


Is there a way to put a “due date” on the ticket? That way I can see all the tickets for this week, next week, next month. etc…

I’m sure someone here has done it.


You can add a text field to hold this information, but it’s not a great solution. Version 2 will have a date type custom field which will make this much easier to accomplish.
