Issue with Auto-reply feature



We are facing an issue with the auto reply feature.

When a user sends us an email to from his email address, an auto reply is sent to him about confirmation of the ticket received.

Helpspot is treating that auto reply as a staff’s reply and marks ticket as replied
which creates confusion.

This issue needs to be addressed soon.

We’ve never seen that, are you using the standard auto reply or a trigger that replies?
