"just view ticket, no edit"


Greetings HelpSpot community!
recently my boss asked if there is a way to create such group in HS where users can only view tickets without any editing?
i have checked the options which are available for new group creating, did not find anything close to it
there is “Can view own requests ONLY” but it is not what i need(

is it possible or no?

Thanks for the question. There isn’t a built in way to do this currently. You could build your own view only system with the API.
