Last Private Update?



When setting up a Filter, is there a way to display the last person who assigned the ticket? Our support team escalates/assigns a lot of tickets to internal staff members. They need a way to sort by the names of the reps who assigned the tickets to them. This way they can reassign the solution back to a group of reps, rather than doing it one by one.

Is this possible?



Hmm, well there’s a filter for the assignment chain where you can filter on assigned from/to. There’s not currently a way to display the last person before yourself who it was assigned to though or a list of people who it’s been assigned to.
