Linked image cannot be displayed

When a ticket is created or updated a notification is sent to staff and/or user. Inline images, like a screenshot, are not displayed in the email. Instead it displays the following message: The linked image cannot be displayed. The file may have been moved, renamed, or deleted. Verify that the link points to the correct file and location.

Does anybody have an idea?

For notifications to staff, in HelpSpot 4 and under, this is actually normal behavior. That’s been fixed in HelpSpot 5, which should be released in 2020.

Tnx that’s great but images in notifications to customers are also blocked. Suppose that is not normal behavior?

There is an option Strip Image (IMG) Tags under email integration but that is allready set to no.
