Linking requests

Thinking along the lines of ITIL…Is there a way to link one requests to many requests? A use case for this would be a problem record which might have many associated incidents. I have thought of using a custom field “Incidient” which you could attach to a Category “Problem” request, but this is a fairly manual way to link them. What you really need is a custom field type called “link” which you can click on to go to the associated request.

You may not be aware of this, but you can link to another request using shorthand in the note body. To link to another request from a note do r:###### where the pounds are the request ID.
