The customer portal is published only on our intranet. We will like to have Live Lookup (on LDAP connection) directly on the customer portal to ensure requestor is properly entering his information. Is this feasable?
You can’t do Live Lookup out on the portal via HelpSpot. However, you could connect it to LDAP by modifying the protal templates and potentially even filling them out for them. That would be a little bit of custom work though.
