I have been looking at setting up a new Mailbox, and then addling a mil rule that will.
- Auto reply (done via the mailbox)
- Assign a category and assign to a user
- Forward the original message to an external email address, only on the initial email as the ticket is assigned.
For 2 and 3 I have created a Mail rule.
2 if fine.
3 = Send to external address
This works fine, but attachments are not sent!
Is it possible to add the original attachments to this message?
