Making custom request fields appear in Customer section


I was wondering about the following… inside the Admin area, at the top of any request detail page, there are 6 fields in the Customer section (Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Contacted Via, Email, Phone Number). Is it possible to have any Custom request fields appear there as well?

And if yes, can this be set on a per custom request field basis (some custom request fields at the top in the Customer section, and other custom request fields in the right column)?

Not currently, custom fields only appear in the request details box. There’s no mechanism to change their location to the customer field, though it’s something we’re considering.
