Merge ticket notifications sent to customers


I want to merge all ticket updates and notifications sent to our customers in the same email notification, how can I do that?

This will be an useful way to track the ticket progress.


I’m not exactly sure what you mean, but you can subscribe to requests to receive all updates. Currently there’s no way to create a digest email if that’s what you mean.

You could use the API to create such a thing. It is also possible to include the note history in your notification emails via a placeholder.
