Merging Tickets - Losing CC'd emails


When we merge tickets together we lose the CC’d users.

The merge currently doesn’t look at CC’s. Are you merging across requests from different people? This is the first time this issue has been reported, I’d like to understand your particular use case if you have a chance to explain in more depth.



No not currently, because the system would have no way to know if they’re really about the same thing. Usually if they’re on different topics those would be handled as separate requests.
