Message subjects: double "RE: Re:"


I’ve noticed that when a client responds and the message subject changes to “Re: Subject,” Helpspot then tacks on an extra, capitalized RE: “RE: Re: Subject” - is there a way to get it to strip out any extra RE/Res for a tidier subject line?


Another vote for this one. This affected HelpSpot 2.x as well and I was hoping to see it fixed in 3.0.

Also, can we stick to the standard “Re:”? The all-caps version (“RE:”) looks a little weird and doesn’t match how most mail clients do it. Thanks.
