Missing 'All Open' on Workspace

This afternoon, for all of our Help Spot help desk users, the ‘All Open’ option to see all the open tickets by their co-workers disapeared as an option.

I know I can run a ‘filter’ as an option, but this was the build in one on the left just under the Trash folder.

Thoughts?

Yes, sounds like someone deleted on you. An administrator can rebuild it with the conditions “open/closed = open” and place it in the global filters folder.
